Open Positions

Store Sales Leader (SSL):

If you are a team leader that is looking for a career that offers challenge, the ability to learn, and the ability to make an impact, the Store Sales Leader (SSL) position may be for you! In the role of SSL, individuals are held accountabe for a variety of aspects required for successful operation of a store. As a part of these responsibilities, you will lead your team in creating an excellent store for customers as well as fellow team members. Expectations also include maintaining store appearance, monitoring sales, profits, and customer counts in line with corporate expectations, as well as performing various accounting and human resource functions necessary to creating a well-run store. Finally, maintaining excellent customer relations by being responsive to customer needs is also required in this position.

Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a retail environment, (experience in a c-store atmosphere is a plus), a demonstrated commitment to customer service, previous lead or supervisory experience, and effective communication skills will be required of successful candidates. All candidates must be able to work varied shifts according to business needs.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to stand for an entire shift as well as lift up to 50 pounds.

Assistant Store Sales Leader (ASSL):

Are you looking for a role that will challenge you? Do you excel and enjoy the area of customer service? Are you looking for a job that will allow you to learn and grow? Our role of Assistant Store Sales Leader offers all of these things. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Store Sales Leader (SSL) in any way necessary to ensure successful operations. In doing so, individuals will be required to assist the SSL with duties such as placing orders, monitoring inventory, assisting with the training process of new associates, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Assistance with coordination of promotions, completion of required paperwork, and providing back-up in SSL’s absence will also be required in this role.

Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will possess previous retail experience, while experience in a c-store environment is a plus. Previous team lead experience is a plus but is not required. Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service is required as are excellent written and verbal communication skills. All candidates must be able to work varied shifts in order to ensure successful store operations.

Sales Associate (SA):

Our Sales Associates are known for their ability to provide excellent service to each customer that walks through our doors. If you are up for this type of challenge, then the Sales Associate role may be for you. As a Sales Associate, individuals are primarily responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations and working well as a part of a team to create the most successful store possible. The ability to accurately and quickly handle cash transactions, maintain knowledge on all store products, and assist with duties such as stocking and cleaning are also required.

Job Qualifications: Qualified applicants must possess a stable work history and previous experience in a customer service related field, and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service is required of successful candidates. Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required. Good communication skills, dependability, and the willingness to go the extra mile are all qualities of successful candidates. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
